About online therapy (telepractice)
Online Therapy is sometimes called Telehealth or Telepractice. There is emerging evidence that it provides outcomes just as effectively as many face to face interventions. Telepractice works just like traditional therapy - except that you link up via your computer or mobile device - the same way that you do when videoconferencing.
During the therapy session you can talk to your therapist over the video, they can share resources and activities over your screen or provide disability specific resources for you to use at home or that work on your iPad. They can even follow you around your house via mobile devices or provide coaching on support strategies as you try them at home.
Using telepractice allows us to support you wherever you need it. We can collaborate with your support network by easily allowing us to link up via an online meeting. They can even link into therapy sessions if you want.

What you need
We can deliver telepractice to most areas. You will need a computer or mobile device with a microphone and camera and an internet connection. I can help you work through strategies to work around poor internet connections.
